These stuffed bell peppers make a great appetizer or light lunch/dinner!
When I made them I didn’t have “italian seasoning” so I just used some marjoram and oregano I also added a bit of lemon juice and cayenne pepper. I topped with Daiya pepperjack cheese, and served them with sliced avocados.
Yum! Stuffed peppers are always so nice to make cuz you can change up the stuffing and they look so pretty too! We just tried the Daiya pepperjack and it’s our favorite so far!
